Digitization of Romarco

For our client Romarco (part of the Eiffage Group), managing operations had become chaotic due to an unstructured Excel planning system. On the work floor, everything was still recorded with pen and paper. With Airtable, work orders were transformed from scraps of paper into part of a fully digital system, where work performance and materials used are now logged digitally.
