Backoffice and app for Brand Activators

Managing temporary contracts on paper and creating schedules in Excel is a thing of the past. That’s why Brand Activators approached us with the request to develop a custom app that simplifies and digitizes their entire process.

Through a user-friendly back office built in Airtable, contracts are now automatically generated and digitally signed by employees directly within the app. In addition, shift schedules can be created based on job assignments, allowing employees to view their shifts and clock in directly from the app. The employer can then track the exact location where each shift is started and ended.

Thanks to this app and the Airtable-powered back office, Brand Activators now saves a significant amount of time and operates much more efficiently.
